Application of cloth electrodes Wet the cloth electrodes thoroughly with tap water. Connect the alligator clips to the electrodes so that one "jaw" is inside the mouth of the electrode. Apply the electrodes to your body so that the exposed alligator clip jaw is not touching the skin. Keep them in place with elastic wrap at least three inches wide. Disconnect them from the alligator clips after each use and let them air dry. Make sure the skin is clean where you will put the electrodes. High/Low Selection DEVICE USAGE INDICATOR LIGHTS BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOOD ALLERGIES Candida causes food allergies. Food allergies lower immunity when the offending foods are eaten. Lowered immunity allows the presence of candida. Eliminating the offending foods from your diet can ease the candida symptoms but not cure the candida problem. How to detect your food allergies: Take your pulse (easiest at the side of the neck) in morning before getting out of bed. This is your base rate. Use it to compare to everything else. Don't put any chemicals on your body (ie: mouthwash, soap, toothpaste) which can cause an immune response. (Your immune system is responsible for both microbe and toxin/chemical elimination.) Eat or drink something you want to test. 15 minutes later sit down and completely rest your body and mind for 5 minutes and then take your pulse. An increase of 6 or more pulses per minute indicates an allergy. If no pulse increase then you can repeat the test with another food. Write down the foods tested and the before and after pulse rate. Try to just test pure foods, not mixtures of prepared foods. Please read the book "The Pulse Test" for more info. |
