Your CDI is an excellent product, with my current gearing I could probably drive the bike straight up a brick wall! I have seen tremendous
improvement after playing with the jumpers. Just perfect! Your piston and cylinder mods helped a great deal too!

"The pipe really adds power. A LOT! 2 or 3 times more I would say.
It works from the very start and I have a 35 tooth rear gear on the bike. It's really nice."

"Thanks again for not only the CDI but for all the terrific piston/cylinder mods...they work."

Torque Pipe...
Torque pipe

Here is my bike with the torque pipe, it really has a bit of urgency to it now. It's not that loud with a tube simply jammed down into the pipe.
Torque pipe

With a 32 tooth sprocket on a 26" wheel the torque pipe starts to kick in at 30kmh (18mph) and the peak power seems to be at about 45 to 50kmh (30mph) the belly stinger gives a lot of noise reduction and the stealth silencer removed the annoying "2 stroke motocross" high pitched noise and let a nice and quiet low pitched sound. At peak power it feels like you have a second engine pushing you. I built mine using cold rolled 1.2mm iron sheet. The cones were formed by hammering the patterns on a tube with a rubber mallet. I welded everything with a TIG welder and I didn't do any sanding or cleaning after. The silencer itself is very easy and quick to build, I was impressed at how well it works and it didn't decrease the performance at all. Overall I am very impressed by how well this pipe works, it is very quiet (unlike the screaming commercials expansion chambers) it adds a lot of power and mine solved the 4 stroking problem which my engine had.
